MARK OF THE VEIL First Act, Third Edit notes

In July we made the first 25 minutes of the film available to view during our failed Kickstarter run. During that time, and after, I received some great and challenging feedback from many folks. Some of it was  communicated in ways that I had to process and not take personally, but that’s just part of growing up I guess (I’m only turning 28 this year – you’re not an adult until 60, right?).

As this has been a very public journey from the get go, why stop now? If you’ve seen the first 25 minutes and want to see what I’m thinking about the film’s first act as we move forward, I invite you to take a look.

We want your input!

We’re moving forward on production on a scene by scene basis – in other words, we do what we can, when we can, as time and resource allows. We’re also going to be looking over the first 25 minutes as well.

I’m thinking about releasing some of the bigger scenes as we complete them to those interested in paying per scene to do so, which would help with little things like make-up supplies and snacks for the cast and crew. Take a second to answer the poll so I can see if it’s a good idea…

If you answered yes, how much would you be willing to pay per scene?

Movie Stills – Volume 1

Who’d like to see some pictures from the movie lens itself?

Want to see a 3 minute scene? Well, the only way that can happen is if we can get up to 200 likes on Facebook by the weekend. I have a scene just ready to be posted, but I need to know that there’s enough of an interest. Go to www.facebook.com/MarkOfTheVeil and like the page, then spread the word!
